Biografi

I am a Pilates instructor from Seoul, South Korea, specializing in rehabilitation with a background in pediatric physiotherapy and Pilates. My professional journey began in Korea and Vietnam, where I worked with young patients and developed a solid foundation in rehabilitative practices. Volunteering as a pediatric physiotherapist in Vietnam to help children deepened my commitment to improving others' lives.

Helping others feel better is at the heart of my work. Personally, I have dealt with a disc hernia, but Pilates and regular workouts have brought me significant relief and joy. I believe Pilates and exercise can enhance happiness and provide greater freedom in daily movements.

I work with clients experiencing depression, autonomic nervous system issues, chronic back pain, stenosis, scoliosis, and elderly individuals. My priority is to create a safe and supportive environment, using medically proven exercises tailored to individual needs. My aim is to inspire and empower clients to discover their body's potential and experience positive change.

My approach involves continuous learning and improvement, integrating a holistic view of the body, mind, and emotions. I strive to offer personalized attention and effective, results-driven solutions to each client. By sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm, I hope to create a space where clients can explore their physical capabilities and achieve a greater sense of well-being and strength. My goal is to help each person reach their full potential and improve their quality of life through Pilates.
