Biografi

I am a Sports Therapist from England with over ten years experience working in private clinics and in elite sport with premier league football clubs Southampton FC and AFC Bournemouth.

I am a huge advocate of prevention over cure, and look to understand the demands you place upon your body, and your bodies capability to manage that load. By understanding this, I can work with you to create a management program that looks to prevent injuries from occurring, and look to minimise time spent away from work, sport or the things you enjoy.

I have a varied skill set, and no matter your age, background or physically ability, I look forward to working together to find the best solutions to any issues you may have.
